John Healy

John spent 10 years as a civil site engineer, developing an extensive understanding of site work, construction, drainage, grading, utilities, and how properties come together from the ground up.

Beyond engineering, John has spent the last decade personally renovating and transforming properties, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every stage of a project. His experience includes home additions and expansions, site work, building and structural improvements, kitchens, bathrooms, layout changes, and full home renovations.

His engineering background and hands-on construction experience allow him to approach projects from both a technical and practical perspective—understanding not only how a finished space should look, but how it needs to be built, function, and integrate with the existing home.

As a licensed New Hampshire REALTOR®, John also brings valuable market insight to each project, helping clients consider how renovations, additions, and property improvements can impact long-term value, functionality, and marketability.

Ashley Healy

Ashley brings more than 10 years of experience in interior design, home renovation, and creating spaces that balance style with everyday functionality. With a strong eye for layouts, materials, finishes, color, and the details that bring a space together, she helps guide projects from the initial vision through the final design decisions.

Her experience is also hands-on. Having worked alongside renovations and property transformations for years, Ashley understands how design decisions translate from an idea into a finished space and the practical considerations that come with bringing that vision to life.

With a background in finance and budgeting, Ashley brings another important perspective to the renovation process. She helps homeowners navigate project costs, establish priorities, and understand where their budget can have the greatest impact. Her approach focuses on finding the right balance between design, quality, practicality, and cost—knowing when an investment is worthwhile and when a more cost-effective solution can accomplish the same goal.
